About me

Hello! My name is Bianca and I am a full spectrum (birth, postpartum and loss doula) serving the Los Ángeles county area. I focus on traditional and spiritual practices because I believe that birth is a sacred initiation to go deeper, and that all the wisdom that we are looking for on how to navigate is already available within. I provide nutrition, lactation, herbal, and labor prep support to all clients. My goal is to make you feel as empowered about YOUR ideal birth. Outside of birthwork, I absolutely love crafts, hiking, traveling, writing, making medicine, and being with my family and friends. Looking forward to working with you!

Service introduction

I provide services for all stages of birth and child development. Whether you are expecting and are in search of labor prep, in your postpartum period looking for some extra care and support, or a family needing a few hours of extra support caring for the littles.

Packages
Birth Doula
I will provide support and resources for mom and family to prepare you all for the moment that you bring home your new family member. We will discuss nutrition, herbal supplements, movement, labor positions and prep, and I will be present during labor and 1 hr post delivery.

Postpartum doula
This package includes 2 weekly home visits(each visit being 2 hours, additional hours can be added for additional fee). During this time, I will be present to love on mom and help her re-orient back into her body post baby. We will discuss lactation concerns, nutrition, and mental health. I love to provide postpartum baths for my clients and do light touch and massage. We will also do Bengkung belly binding during this time to help bring everything together and make you feel whole and hugged.

Nanny Services
I offer nanny support for families who are looking for additional hands while still giving their little ones the mental stimulation that they need for each development stage. I complete light laundry (baby’s laundry) and will feed and nourish baby during our time together.
