Jas is an amazing doula. She was with me through every step of my pregnancy. My partner and I came to Jas when we were thinking about getting pregnant. She helped me with steaming, setting intention, and writing out a plan for pregnancy. During my pregnancy I was supported with consistent meetings with Jas where she helped me plan, gave me nutrition guides a recommended birthing education class that I attended and loved. Through my birth and postpartum, Jas was such a valuable resource and support. If you are looking for an awesome doula as part of your birth team, look no further!! :)
