What does a session look like?

Each session is a one on one, 50 minute session. Depending on what you're coming in for, we will always take a holistic approach to your treatment and understand your goals - they are the driver of treatment!

What is covered at a prenatal session?

We can talk about any aches or pains you may have, as well as make sure you are keeping your abdominal wall and pelvic floor healthy. As the pregnancy progresses, we can discuss push prep, perineal tissue massage, and labor tactics.

What is covered at a postpartum session?

We will make sure your pelvic floor and abdominal wall are healing and recovering well post birth. This can be a pelvic exam, cesarian scar management, or stability training. We will also discuss your postpartum goals and guide you through the postpartum process.
