There is truly nothing more empowering than bringing your baby into this world. I believe in the natural process of birth; that mothers are wise, strong, intuitive, & capable. My goal as your doula is to support you, make you feel heard, & encourage & honor you in whatever your preferences may be. My hope is to give you the education & resources to feel confident in your choices, & be a balanced viewpoint throughout your pregnancy & birth. Your birth experience is YOURS. I will always respect that & advocate for YOU.

Service introduction

As your doula, I offer at least 2 prenatal visits in which we discuss pregnancy, nutrition, exercises, mental health, provider support, partner support, ALL things labor & and birth (creating a birth plan), as well as postpartum care essentials. I am also a VAC certified doula, so as a VBAC client, you will receive all of this support + more as we discuss statistics, ways to best prepare your body & mentality, & how to find a supportive provider. I am on call to you for any and all questions during your pregnancy, attend your birth for the duration you want me present, and support you during postpartum with at least 2 visits, though addition visits can be added.

This cost includes : - (at least) 2 prenatal visits, pregnancy support, pregnancy education - labor & birth support - (at least) 1-2 postpartum visits & postpartum support (including lactation support) - 24/7 virtual support whenever needed access to my lending library (books on pregnancy, labor, postpartum, breastfeeding, & vaccines).

This cost includes: - 2 prenatal visits in your home - unlimited text, call, e-mail support - birth plan preparation - discussing provider appointments, birth decision making, & all things labor - postpartum preparation

Virtual Doula Support
This cost includes: - unlimited text support (calls and video chats may be available when scheduled in advance) for a 4 month period, or individual months of choice. - available times to text with an expected timely response would be 9:00am to 9:00pm. - discussion is open for any appropriate range of topic that suits you. The total for virtual care is $150 for 4 months, or $50 per individual chosen months. Additional months may be purchased.
