About me

I am a mama to a hilarious three year old with a decade of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse. After becoming a mother I realized that the health of mothers is foundational to the health of the planet. Over the past four years I have used my experience as a critical care nurse and research nurse to dive deep into the current research and traditional wisdom on optimizing pregnancy, postpartum, and childcare in alignment with our biology as humans. For the past two years I have been supporting mothers and families as a holistic postpartum care provider and certified lactation consultant. I value family, thriving health, true informed consent, and the natural world. I believe if we get still and listen to our deep inner knowing it will not lead us astray. As a new mother so much conflicting information is thrown at us. I am honored to support you to stand in your authority and connect to your intuition while providing you with the resources and information rooted in our design as humans and supported by modern science to inform this.
