Service introduction

I'm Amy, Perinatal, Maternal and Infant Mental Health Therapist. I offer compassionate therapeutic support for you during pregnancy, birth, and through the first year postpartum as you adjust to life with baby. Pregnancy and early parenthood are monumental times and come with so many changes to our internal and physical world. This adjustment can be difficult and might not feel as positive as you expected. Perhaps you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts, anxiety, worry about keeping your baby safe, or down about yourself as a parent. You may be wondering if the things you think, feel and believe during this time are “okay”. These feelings are valid, and I can offer you therapeutic support, compassion, and nurturance during pregnancy and through the first year with your baby. Together, we will work through perinatal and postpartum emotional and mental health concerns, like anxiety and depression, make sense of confusing thoughts and feelings, and help you feel more connected to yourself and your little one. We aren’t meant to do it all alone; I’m here for you and would love to become a part of your community of care.
