I am also going to be alone for this, my husband works nights, my family doesn’t live around, my mom can come to be with me few times a year for a bit. I’d pay using anthem ppo. Want to reduce the cesarean and I’m open to pain meds, as I have low pain tolerance. I get anxious and tend to be panicky. I’d love to prevent tearing, I have raynaund’s phenomenon and my nipples are sensitive. I am first time mom, want to have the chance to be treated with respect especially since having a foreign accent.

I’d like to give birth at the hospital. I’d like for my insurance to cover cost I am delivering at Tarzana Hospital. I have LA-Care through medical. I really wish to have a natural birth with the least amount of medical interference I’d prefer to not have to do Pitocin, epidural, c-section, or any form of episiotomy.

I'm looking for a birth doula who can operate from a hospital. Ideally if they are registered with Los Robles hospital that would be amazing as I could cover it with insurance. Otherwise I will have to pay out of pocket and while I want support, birth is expensive. I want someone to be three throughout the birth and coach me through it as this is my first baby and I'm trying to do a natural birth in the hospital. I have an amazing midwife who operates out of Los Robles so we'll be doing that there. My ideal midwife would be spiritual - have sound bowls or suggestions for good music, sounds, breathing techniques, positions and natural herbs, oils and yoni steams to help bring a baby into this world in the most natural way possible given the circumstances.

I want a vbac, possibly unmedicated. I need help with how to get birth ready. Also, someone who can advocate for me. I live in Canyon Country, but will be giving birth at Kaiser Woodland Hills.
