About Andrea

I am a pelvic and orthopedic physical therapist located in Arvada, CO. I love helping women get rid of bladder leakage, back, hip, and pelvic pain, pregnancy related pain, and postpartum issues, so they can do the Colorado activities they love! I am also a Pilates instructor and love incorporating Pilates work into my exercise programs for my patients.

I used hands on techniques such as internal pelvic floor muscle treatment, soft tissue and myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, Pilates, corrective exercise, and more. Pelvic physical therapy is not just about doing Kegels; we need to treat the entire body to get to the root of the problem.
