I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a background in maternal fitness and nutrition. I support families through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond with evidence-based, compassionate lactation care tailored to each mother–baby dyad. My clinical experience includes prenatal education, latch and feeding assessments, pumping support, return-to-work planning, and troubleshooting common and complex breastfeeding challenges. I take a whole-body, mom-centered approach, recognizing that feeding success is influenced by physical recovery, mental wellbeing, and lifestyle factors. I am passionate about empowering parents with education and practical tools so they can feel confident in their feeding choices. My goal is to meet families where they are and provide supportive, individualized care in a calm, respectful environment.

I provide evidence-based, individualized lactation support for families navigating breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding—from the early newborn days through return to work and beyond. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I support a wide range of concerns including latch and milk transfer issues, low or oversupply, pumping plans, bottle feeding, infant weight gain, and complex feeding situations. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each family’s goals, with an emphasis on education, confidence, and sustainable solutions. Through A Path Forward, families also have access to integrated maternal wellness services that complement lactation care, including strength-based fitness training, nutrition coaching, and restorative therapies like red light therapy. This whole-body approach allows me to support mothers not just in feeding their babies, but in caring for themselves—physically and emotionally—through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.
I highly recommend Anna! She has been such a big cheerleader for me as I navigate postpartum weight loss while maintaining my breast milk supply. Anna is kind, thoughtful, and incredibly motivating. Her supportive approach has made a huge difference in my journey toward better health.
