Service introduction

I provide evidence-based, individualized lactation support for families navigating breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding—from the early newborn days through return to work and beyond. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I support a wide range of concerns including latch and milk transfer issues, low or oversupply, pumping plans, bottle feeding, infant weight gain, and complex feeding situations. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each family’s goals, with an emphasis on education, confidence, and sustainable solutions. Through A Path Forward, families also have access to integrated maternal wellness services that complement lactation care, including strength-based fitness training, nutrition coaching, and restorative therapies like red light therapy. This whole-body approach allows me to support mothers not just in feeding their babies, but in caring for themselves—physically and emotionally—through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.
