About me

I am a birth and postpartum doula who loves working with new families as they grow and develop! When it comes to birth, I believe each person labors and births in their own unique way, and I want to discover what the birth process looks like for you. I believe the postpartum period is a time of rest, healing, and bonding for new parents, and I lovingly support that process in your home. When I'm not doula-ing, I enjoy reading, yoga, and spending time outside.

Service introduction

Birth doulas offer the non-medical mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional support you need leading up to and during your labor. We utilize creative techniques—like positioning, movement, comforting touch, breathing, and so much more—to reduce discomfort and ease anxiety during your birth experience. Postpartum doulas are said to "mother the mother." We provide the comfort and care for you, so you can heal and bond with your baby. We are someone to talk through all the baby questions with when Google isn't cutting it. Let us take care of you, so you can take care of your newborn. We know having a baby can feel intimidating and new, even for experienced moms. Let us help you prepare for your birth so you feel ready and confident in your labor, and after baby comes we'll be there with you through postpartum. Go Baby Doula serves you.
