I offer 1:1 coaching for birth preparation, postpartum healing, career transitions after motherhood, and intuitive infant sleep support. My signature sessions and packages include physiologic birth education, birth debriefing, matrescence coaching, self-care planning, and nervous system tools for grounding and integration. I also support co-sleeping families with safe, attuned sleep setups and offer emotional processing support for birth trauma and pregnancy loss. Each service is designed to meet you where you are—with compassion, science-informed guidance, and space to reconnect with your inner strength and instincts.
Ariel is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. The session was well organised and welcoming to all questions. Highly recommend below classes to every expecting parent! The childbirth class gave a clear understanding of what to expect. It helped me to reduce fears and made feel more prepared. The breastfeeding class was full of helpful tips. I feel much more confident about nursing my baby now. Postpartum care was eye-opening and addressed things often overlooked.
