Looking for a birth doula in a hospital setting. I have had 3 unmedicated births in a hospital with no assistance. It has always been very painful on my back. I am looking to have a good last experience for my final pregnancy.

I plan to give birth at UMass Memorial Hospital. I don’t have a budget in mind, just collecting information for now. Am I able to use FSA funds to pay for these services? I plan to have an epidural and would like the labor & delivery process to be as quick and painless as possible.

My husband and I are looking for an experienced birth doula for the birth of our first child around 3/8/26 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. I plan on requesting an epidural and would like to work with someone who can provide gentle, proactive, constructive support with that in mind. We value someone who is calm, experienced, an active participant, and who brings a good energy.
