Hello lovelies. I am a Birth Doula, serving Western North Carolina. My own journey of motherhood, and passion for supporting women, led me to this beautiful realm of birth. I approach birth with the full honor it deserves. And strive on meeting you wherever you are in your pregnancy, from holding your hand through the hard parts, to dancing it out and laughing. I am comfortable birthing in any setting from hospitals to home. I have taken DONA approved birth workshops, childbirth education classes, and am working towards becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor. In my personal life I am a parent to two wild girls, a freelance writer, and enjoying laughing till my sides hurt, and playing in the rivers and creeks of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Service introduction

I am a Birth Doula as such I offer a package that meets your needs and lets us get to know each other throughout your pregnancy journey. -Phone and text support immediately upon hire -2-3 Prenatal visits -24/7 on call support from 37-42 weeks -Labor support -2 hours post birth support to help with intial feeding and care -2 hour postpartum visit, ideally within 1 week of birth. To digest birth, ask questions, and unpack everything. -1 month postpatrum text and phone support.
