Hello! My name is Tierra Beaushaw. I am a Certified Labor Doula, Certified Infant Feeding specialist, and a certified prenatal yoga teacher.  After seven years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in both hospitals and in-home care, I felt a deep calling toward Labor and Delivery nursing—especially after the birth of my first son. While pursuing my studies, I discovered the world of doula support and was inspired by the compassionate, hands-on role doulas play in the birthing experience. Following the birth of my second son, I made the empowering decision to shift paths and become a doula. Today, I combine my clinical background with empathy and intuition to guide families through one of life’s most transformative moments. My passion lies in helping mothers and babies feel safe, supported, and informed. No matter your birth plan or chosen delivery setting, I’ll be by your side—offering heartfelt care every step of the way.

As a nurse for 17 years and a lactation consultant (IBCLC) for 6 years, I want to partner with you in your health and breastfeeding journey wherever that will lead you. When you work with me, you work with someone that gets it, has lived it, and understands the stress and demands of motherhood and being a woman. Mental health is the driving force of my practice and it’s in the forefront of my mind as we tackle together the struggles of breastfeeding because at the end of the day, your mental health matters most and fed is best whatever that looks like for you and your family. I’m here to walk you through this journey.

Maria was extremely helpful and thorough when our appointment came! Even before, she was able to answer my questions and provide feedback before we met. Recommended us to some great resources for dental and chiropractic care. Also had a great perspective from her own experience which I value cause i find it hard to describe certain feelings to someone who hasn’t breastfed before so that was really helpful!

Kirsten has found her passion in providing a variety of support to families around Snohomish and King County since 2014. Working with families as a lactation consultant and childbirth educator, she found that she was seeking the ability to provide inclusive and evidence-based education all the way through pregnancy into the postpartum period. She decided to include birth and postpartum doula services in 2017. Kirsten has received training from Whole Body Pregnancy, Pro Doula, Lactation Educational Resources, Brilliant Birth Academy, and ICEA.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Teresa. I had a complicated C-section and my son was 4 days old when Teresa started working for me. Her kind and thoughtful nature immediately put me at ease and trusted her with my son completely. She went above and beyond to help me and was very resourceful. As a new mother I had so many questions and she was patient with me and answered all my queries. The nights that she was off, she was able to find us another amazing doula to help us. I would definitely hire Teresa again on the future and recommend her to anyone who is a new mother and is navigating motherhood for the first time. Thank you Teresa!

Danna was truly incredible. She is not only responsible and attentive, but also has such a calming, supportive presence. During my labor she helped me in so many ways — from emotional support and encouragement to physical comfort, including massages and breathing guidance. I felt safe, cared for, and never alone. Her dedication and kindness made a huge difference in my birth experience. I’m genuinely grateful for everything she did for me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting mom.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Oksana. From the moment we met, I felt instantly at ease with her calm presence and deep knowledge. As a former OB-GYN, she brought a level of reassurance that I didn’t even know I needed—but more than anything, she was kind, intuitive, and completely focused on supporting me. During labor, Oksana was by my side the entire time—offering gentle encouragement, helping me breathe through each contraction, and using massage and position changes that truly made a difference. She worked seamlessly with the hospital staff and made sure I felt heard and respected at every stage. Thanks to her, I felt empowered and strong during my birth. I will always be grateful for her care, and I can’t imagine going through it without her. If you’re looking for someone experienced, nurturing, and dedicated to women’s well-being, Oksana is the doula for you

Christina was our postpartum doula for several months and I highly recommend her. She made sure we slept and had moments of relaxation during our steep learning curve as new parents, ensured our son was well taken care of, and taught us so much about caring for a newborn. Christina was calm and supportive. She answered and anticipated so many of our questions with such a depth of knowledge and experience that we were able to skip many of the uncertainties and anxieties we were anticipating as first time parents. Christina is communicative, reliable, helpful, supportive, caring, and trustworthy, we’re so thankful for all she did for us!

Hi! I’m Lyndsie, a wife and mother to 2 boys and all around “birth friend” I love spending time outdoors, grabbing a coffee and catching up with friends and am always up for adventures! I believe birth is beautiful, empowering, and transformative. It does not need to be coerced, feared or walked alone. It is my utmost honor to walk alongside women as they transition from maiden to mother. To hold space with a reassuring smile, and a joyful heart, while you bring your baby earth side in your full authority. I believe in connection and relationships. With me you are not hiring an attendant, you are forming a friendship and understanding, you are gaining a sister who loves birth and you and will hold you in all the ways you need.
