I am a full spectrum holistic doula/birthkeeper and midwife birth assistant; I found my passion for birth work growing up supporting women in my family through their pregnancies/births, then later as I studied black maternal health and the mortality rate of black birthers. My activism is the foundation of my birth work. I believe in advocacy, empowerment and education while helping birthers along with their families make informed decisions for their experience. My specialties are spirit/energy work for momma and baby, perinatal yoga + meditation, breathwork and herbal preparations!

Postpartum Doula Care
This is different from nanny care. Postpartum doula care is for both the baby and parent(s). This can involve meal prep, newborn care, breastfeeding/lactation support, womb/belly massage, and more. I offer postpartum doula care services Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-11pm. The hourly rate ($45/hr) increases by $5 during holiday times. Minimum of 2 hours can be booked and a maximum of 8 hours.

Nanny/Babysitter
This is different from postpartum doula care. (I do not offer live in or travel nanny services.) I offer nanny services Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-11pm. Minimum of 2 hours can be booked and a maximum of 8 hours. The hourly rate ($45/hr) increases by $5 during holiday times. I am an experienced nanny of 10+ years and I am also a behavioral health therapist for kids/teens, and oldest sibling of 6. Childcare comes naturally to me and kids have so much fun with me.
