Service introduction

How I Support You Evidence-Based Preparation I provide clear, research-based information on prenatal wellness, including nutrition, movement, and relaxation. We will walk through birth terminology and common interventions together, so you feel mentally and emotionally prepared to make informed decisions with confidence and less anxiety. Personalized Birth Planning Your voice matters. I offer a safe space to discuss your desires, address any fears, and explore your options. Together, we will develop a birth plan that reflects your expectations, ensuring you feel heard and respected throughout your journey. Logistical & Home Readiness We will discuss early comfort measures and coordinate when to transition to your hospital or birth center. I also help you evaluate your home setup and plan for your immediate postnatal recovery, ensuring you have a smooth transition back into your space. Comfort & Labor Support During labor, I suggest gentle ways to ease intensity and stress. Whether through specialized breathing techniques, massage, or finding the most supportive positions, my goal is to help you manage the physical and emotional demands of birth. Advocacy & Information I serve as a bridge of information, helping to explain procedures or actions during and after labor. I am there to support your birth plan and ensure you understand every step of the process as it unfolds.

I have worked with Kirsten multiple times over my 18 years of being a mom and birthing 4 kids. She has always been incredibly helpful, resourceful and kind to me and my family. She truly goes above and beyond and has been a God send. She is extremely knowledgeable and flexible, answering all of my questions, calming my nerves and being a huge support. Highly recommended Kirsten!!!
