Every future mother needs a Dana in her court. She was a life saver during my high risk pregnancy, birth, and postpartum; just the friend I needed in the delivery room. The doctors wanted to rush me into labor, but Dana successfully helped me negotiate with them for more time. She helped me dilate naturally without Petocin, through visual, auditory, and physical stimulation. She taught my partner and I many exercises, techniques, and birthing positions we didn’t even know about. I also had her come by my house to do a postpartum body binding on me, which I highly recommend as it was very healing and relaxing. You just don’t know until you try it. Thank you so much, dear Dana! I can’t imagine my next birth without you.

Choosing Dana as our postpartum doula was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our fourth trimester. She is truly an exceptional professional who embodies everything you hope for in post-birth support: she is professional, caring, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From our first meeting, Dana demonstrated remarkable professionalism. She helped us plan for life after the baby arrived, organizing practical resources and offering scheduling flexibility. Her vast knowledge of infant feeding (including lactation and bottle prep), newborn soothing techniques, mother's physical and mental recovery, and establishing gentle routines was a constant source of reassurance. She was always ready with evidence-based information, helping us navigate the steep learning curve of new parenthood with confidence. During the crucial early weeks at home, Dana’s presence was a powerful anchor. She was profoundly caring, offering continuous support tailored exactly to what our family needed. Her kind and calm demeanor never wavered, whether she was supporting us during overnight shifts or helping out during the day. She had an intuitive way of knowing exactly what was required—whether it was quietly folding laundry, prepping a nourishing meal, watching the baby so I could nap, or simply offering a listening ear. She truly enabled me to focus on healing and bonding. We cannot recommend Dana highly enough. She turned what could have been an exhausting and daunting transition into a peaceful, supported, and truly memorable time. If you are looking for a postpartum doula who combines top-tier expertise with genuine warmth and unwavering support, look no further than Dana.

Okay, straight up: Just hire Dana. My wife wanted a doula, I was a total skeptic. Seriously, I thought it was overkill. Then the labor hit. Man, I froze up. My brain was mush. I mean, I wanted to help, but when things got intense, I was just staring. And yeah, I really didn't want to see all the medical stuff and the blood. Dana was a life saver. She didn't talk about 'empowerment' or 'birth journeys'—she just fixed my problem. She saw me panicking and gave me clear, no-brainer assignments: "Justin, count these, watch her back, grab the cold pack." Stuff that actually helped my wife, but let me keep my eyes off the scary parts. I had a job, so I wasn't useless anymore. Hours later, I was totally fried and needed to bail for five minutes. I figured she'd give me the guilt trip. Nope. I told her I needed out. She just gave a solid nod and said, "I got it." I came back feeling human. She held down the fort. Seriously, guys, she makes it easy to be the supportive husband without turning into a nervous wreck. Best money we spent, period. She took half the stress away.
