I provide compassionate, continuous support throughout labor and birth, helping you feel calm, informed, and supported every step of the way. My birth support includes emotional reassurance, comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, position changes, partner support, and help communicating your preferences with your care team. As a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and a CNA working on a Postpartum Unit, I bring both professional healthcare experience and a warm, family-centered approach to every birth. My goal is to help you feel safe, respected, confident, and cared for during this important experience.

What to expect

I provide compassionate, reliable in-home support for families, focusing on safety, comfort, and individualized care. I have healthcare experience and work closely with parents to meet each child’s unique needs. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment for both children and parents.
