Hello, my name is Anna Rymar, and I am labor and postpartum doula. I support mothers and families during the labor and postpartum period by creating a calm, nurturing, and home-like environment where healing and bonding can truly happen. My focus is on the mother’s recovery — both physical and emotional — while also offering gentle support with newborn care. With a background in healthcare and hands-on experience supporting families, I understand how important it is for a new mother to feel safe, heard, and cared for. I provide practical help such as newborn support, emotional reassurance, light household assistance, and guidance through the early postpartum days.
