About me

Hi there! My name is Autumn Baker and I am a certified doula, childbirth educator, and certified lactation counselor based in Baldwin Park, CA. I am passionate about connecting families with the services, education and resources they need to attain their pregnancy, birth, and parenting goals. I have had the privilege of serving families in these ways since 2019 and find joy in engaging with the community in new ways through a variety of events and classes. When I'm not somewhere discussing birth, I'm homeschooling my three kiddos, connecting with church family, or laughing with my husband of 12 years.

I seek to provide evidence-based information, tools for informed decision making, and confidence in the capabilities of each family embarking on this journey. Are you attending births in-person?

No, I am instead offering a birth planning session that includes the prenatal preparation and guidance that doulas often include in their full-service package. My aim is to make the education and support doulas offer more accessible and affordable to families who can't have or don't want a doula's physical presence in the birthing space.
