Nikita has also studied with respected midwives Monika Karaosman at Althea Midwifery in Berlin, MD, and Maureen McIver in Westminster, MD. She came to this work after a frustrating and painful postpartum experience with her first born when she was a young mom. I started my master’s program in 2014 and earned my degree in Health Education and Health Promotion in 2016.
