I am thrilled to be on this path to assist families in the beautiful process of childbirth, offering my unwavering support to mothers and fathers during pregnancy and, most importantly, in the postpartum period. Throughout each prenatal visit, we will delve into Spinning Babies techniques, emphasizing the importance of comprehending your baby's position and how balance, movement, and gravity play pivotal roles in facilitating a smooth birthing experience. Package features: • Two prenatal planning meetings starting at 37 weeks, create a birth plan • Baby room organization • On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks • THREE MEALS prepared at your home • 3 hours of in-home postpartum support Additional services include live birth pictures or placenta encapsulation (add-on fee)
8 hours overnight to allow you to sleep while the baby is soothed, helping establish healthy feeding and sleeping patterns. • Assistance with feeding, bathing, and bottle cleaning. • Light housekeeping, baby laundry, three meal prep each week, and baby room organization. Three days a week for up to three weeks. A travel fee is necessary for distances exceeding 32 miles.

Erica was so helpful to us. At 3 weeks old our baby was hospitalized with a cold that caused breathing problems. She was discharged after a week. When we came home she was sleeping terribly because she was so congested. We reached out to Erica for night doula services. She was amazing!
