About me

Hello everyone! My name is Donna-Lee Bellamy and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula. I am VBAC Link trained and I am also a birth photographer. I became a doula because I am passionate about helping women have the birthing experiences they deserve, and doing everything to avoid postpartum pelvic floor damage if possible. As a doula I believe in the holistic approach to birthing care; if we take care of mama's mind, body and soul, and everything will be ok. I can truly say doula work is my heart and I hope I can serve as many mama's as I can.

Service introduction

I offer birth and postpartum doula support. As an added bonus I also offer professional birth photography services as well. I have specialized training in helping mothers have successful VBACs and making the birth space a peaceful environment. I am very knowledgeable in comfort measures, and pain management techniques during birth using robozos, peanut balls, TENS, birthing balls, etc. I am open to any birth setting, home birth center or hospital. My focus is on supporting mama's mind, body and soul in a holistic manner. I am also well knowledgeable about postpartum recovery (mental and physical) no matter what type of birth you have.
