3 x antenatal appointments Birth attendance 1 x postnatal appointment Unlimited phone contact from booking until 6 weeks post birth. Following initial enquiry we would schedule a video/ phone call to discuss a few details. I then offer a 1 hour appointment where we can get to know each other a little better, I bring a Letter of Agreement and non-refundable invoice for 50% of the contract to that meeting - the booking is confirmed when that agreement has been signed and invoice has been paid. We would then schedule 2 x 2 hr antenatal consultations to discuss birth plan, location, partners, history etc - these would take place before week 38 of your pregnancy. On call exclusively for you for 4 weeks from 38 weeks of pregnancy** - the remaining balance is due when the on call period starts. Attendance at birth 1 x 1 hr postnatal visit - usually within the first 1-2 weeks after birth Unlimited phone support from booking to 6 weeks after birth *This is the standard package as outlined above, I can offer an extended service if further support is desired **If your birth fell outside of this time I would attend you if possible but may be on call for another client - I do work with a number of like-minded local doulas should, in the unlikely event, I be unable to attend your birth

Up to 12 hours a night 7pm-7am Bringing baby to parents Changing/ burping/ resettling Feeding - if using bottles
