I am a trauma-informed and gender affirming birth worker in Marion County, Oregon, providing a range of parenting support packages. I am a firm believer in parenting intuition and that each of us already holds many of the answers that we need. But during pregnancy and childbirth, there are so many new ideas and choices to consider that it can feel incredibly overwhelming. I excel in helping you explore all of your options, focusing in on what really matters to you, and preparing you to feel confident in your parenting role.

I work in a partnership at Silver Falls Family Support, where I provide a variety of support for families, including birth & postpartum doula support, childbirth education, lactation counseling, and parenting coaching. We believe that parenting support is not a luxury earned by a select few, but is a right deserved by everyone. We have created packages that are intentionally designed to allow people from different socioeconomic backgrounds to access support that is right for them.
