Hi, I’m Bianca—Certified Postpartum Doula and founder of Nurtured Beginnings Doula Care. I provide in-home day and overnight support for families during the early weeks and months after birth. Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, my goal is to help you feel rested, confident, and supported. I offer hands-on help with newborn care, feeding support, sibling care, emotional wellness, and light household tasks. For those long nights, I provide overnight care so you can get the rest you need knowing your baby is in gentle, capable hands. I also offer in home cooking, meal prep & drop off, placenta encapsulation, and bodywork services like belly binding and Closing of the Bones. Based in Phoenix, I serve families across the Valley with warm, personalized care that meets you where you are. Every family is different, and I tailor my support to fit your unique needs!

Caring for yourself after birth is just as important as caring for your baby. This meal prep service provides five days of fresh, ready-to-eat meals designed for postpartum healing and nourishment. Each week includes five wholesome breakfasts, five servings of a comforting soup or stew for lunch, and five nourishing snacks. Limited gluten- and dairy-free options are available; vegan meals are not offered. Let me handle the meals so you can focus on rest and recovery.

Placenta Encapsulation
Discover the potential benefits of placenta encapsulation to help promote hormonal balance after childbirth. Includes capsules, a tincture, and a cord keepsake. The Details: In-person drop off or contactless drop off on your home Average amount of capsules are around 150 and is directly dependent on the size of the placenta. Tinctures provides same benefits as the capsules but in a longer lasting liquid form. Can be used AFTER 8 weeks of steeping. Alcohol based, alcohol free option available.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony
A beautiful ritual designed to honor & support the postpartum body. This ceremony uses gentle movement and wrapping techniques to help bring physical and emotional closure after birth. A time for grounding, healing, & honoring your journey into motherhood. 1.5-hour in-home session: Includes warming ritual (herbal foot soak or tea) Guided meditation or intention-setting Full body & abdominal massage with oils No belly binding included—this is a distinct, standalone ceremony
