Hi Everyone, I'm Ashley, a Afro-Dominican & Puerto Rican mother to a 15 year old boy and a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Lactation Counselor. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of supporting over 55 families and counting during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey, helping them navigate all the transitions of bringing new life into the world. My passion for supporting families during this transformative time began when I experienced the birth of my own child. I realized the profound impact a skilled and compassionate doula can have on ones birthing experience because although I wasn't able to have a doula for my birth, I was able to teach myself and those supporting me the role of a doula during birth, which allowed me to achieve all of my birth goals. Through this passion, I have dedicated myself to supporting families through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum in a way that is personalized, empowering, and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing space that allows families to make informed decisions and feel supported throughout their process. My approach is grounded in evidence-based research and tailored to the needs of each family. I provide emotional, physical and advocacy support as well as evidence-based education and access to resources you may need to help encourage a positive and fulfilling birth and postpartum experience. I am committed to continuing my education and professional development to ensure that I am providing the most up-to-date and effective care possible. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or a birth center delivery and/or you're just looking for postpartum support, I am here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to the opportunity to help you achieve your ideal birth and postpartum experience.

Hi, and welcome to Wholehearted Welcome. I’m Karen—but you’re more than welcome to call me Nana. I’m a mother of three—twins born by C-section and a daughter lovingly welcomed through adoption—and a proud grandmother of five, including one cherished bonus grandchild. I’m currently working toward my certification through Mama Glow, and I offer birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum support, along with sibling prep when needed. I come to this work as an elder, a world citizen, and someone who shows up with open arms, a full heart, and a deep belief that birth is a sacred journey. I’m the kind of doula who jumps in with both feet—ready to hold space, advocate, laugh with you, cry with you, and do what needs to be done. Whether you’re parenting solo, welcoming through adoption, or finding your way as a new family, I create a warm, steady, and wholehearted space where you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

I am fortunate to have been raised by a village of strong and caring women, and because I have always been in contact with babies and new mothers, I naturally developed a passion for childbirth and women's care. Seven years later, and in a different country, I became a certified doula providing emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers before, during, and after childbirth. I truly enjoy helping families navigate the birthing process and make informed decisions about their care by sharing the knowledge I have received from wise women since my early days. I am trained in various comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques, and positioning and can provide guidance and support to your partners and other support persons. I also have over eight years of experience in postpartum support and breastfeeding guidance. I believe in empowering families and fostering a positive birth experience. For that reason, I am currently studying to become a midwife, so I can widen the care I provide to women of all ages. During my free time, I am always working on some craft, practicing yoga, caring for my plants, and learning more about the fantastic feminine body and energy. I am available to support your family in your birth journey, and I am excited to be a part of such a remarkable time in your lives.

Leticia’s support during my transition to parenthood was beyond appreciated. She was a wealth of knowledge, always offering a listening ear and able to guide me to resources and information to make my own decisions. She was my peace and calmness when I was overwhelmed. She helped take care of my baby so I wouldn’t forget to take care of myself! I trusted her to treat him as her own. She was gentle, caring and nurturing toward my son. I felt supported and confident as a new mom because I had Leticia in my corner, willing to help in any way needed. I was extremely fortunate to have her assistance and would highly recommend her to other families.

Bibi is a Mother, DONA Birth Doula, Postpartum Ayudoula, Yoga Teacher and a Health Coach based in the Hudson Valley, where she runs a sweet home yoga studio. Her work is rooted in years of experience supporting women from all paths of life and her own empowering, deeply transformative birth experience which sparked her calling to support other women on the journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Her passion for and knowledge of the pregnant woman’s physiology inform her well rounded practice. Bibi brings passion, encouragement and nourishing energy to all women that cross her path, empowering them through the most magical, difficult moments of labor and birth. She believes that pregnancy and birth are vital to the physical, emotional and spiritual health of children, parents, and our society as a whole and that the bond between children and their parents begins in the womb. The scope of her work is to create a strong foundation for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum time, through yoga, ayurvedic self care practices, nutrition and birth support. She offers a non-judgemental, hands-on, compassionate, calming presence. Her work includes partner coaching, breathing & relaxation techniques, birth art, comfort measures, emotional support and a willingness to serve as her clients find their way through their birth journey. She believes a positive birth experience ignites the flame for empowerment, and is available to all. Being aware of one’s own fears and replacing them with knowledge and resilience to build confidence in one’s own strength and courage is a key element to the process. As your doula she outlines the ‘birth roadmap’ and gives you the tools to gracefully embrace the unique unpredictable nature of birth. “I’m here to hold your hand so you may navigate the deep acceptance that birth requires and the profoundly important transition into motherhood with ease. My wish is to help you live and create a birth story that you can keep as the most profound memory for years to come”. For more also visit bibilorenzetti.com

Hi my name is Ashlynn and I am the owner of Nurtured Blossoms Doula Care. I have 9 years of experience working with children and families across the lifespan. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University Pueblo. I completed postpartum doula training with DONA. I then started working as a postpartum doula with San Antonio Birth Doulas where the emphasis was on serving teen and lower-income families. Nurtured Blossoms Doula Care was then born and I have continued to serve families as a postpartum doula. I have always had a passion for all things birth, postpartum, child development, and helping others especially parents. When I had my first I struggled with postpartum depression, navigating working after having a baby, breastfeeding pain, and just normal new parent transitions. I then realized just how important having support after having a baby is! It's amazing how much just a little bit of additional support can make a difference in your postpartum experience. Having a baby whether it's your first or fifth will always be a transition, but every mother and family deserves to be supported, nurtured, and educated during the postpartum period. When I am not serving families as a postpartum doula I reside with my two kids and husband in Vernon, Connecticut. Where I enjoy spending time in nature, reading a good book, and visiting farmer's markets, or a local coffee shop.
