As a Perinatal Professional with over 13 years experience working with families in NYC, my goal is to help parents gain the confidence to care for their new babies. Whether it's offering guidance on sleep or infant-feeding, I'm here to support you in any way you need. We'll address your concerns and create a specialized plan while setting up systems to help you long after I'm gone. I'm currently only accepting live-in contracts in NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield County. Avaialble for domestic and international travel with established clients.

Bringing Baby Home

I'll meet you at your home as soon as you've returned and are settled in or meet you at the hospital to accompany you back home. I'll help you unpack, organize your feeding or nursing station, and offer a listening ear to help you decompress from your birth experience. I can make you a homecooked meal and your favorite sweet treat or do some meal prep for you so that you have quick and easy nutritious snacks for the upcoming week. My goal is to help you recharge and answer any questions you as you acclimate to life with a newborn.

What to expect

Whether it's the first couple days home from the hospital, the first month of your baby's life, or a couple weeks following a diagnosis like reflux or tongue/lip tie - I'm available to provide around the clock care to the dyad in those early days where extra support is required. We'll have a video call to discuss your needs and schedule and we'll formalize a plan to deliver the care you need.
