My goal as a doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. As certified a birth doula, we specialize in: • Emotional Support: Offering encouragement, reassurance, and a calming presence throughout labor and birth. • Physical Comfort: Utilizing proven techniques such as massage, positioning, and breathing guidance to enhance comfort during labor. • Informational Guidance: Helping you make informed decisions by providing evidence-based resources tailored to your birth plan. • Advocacy: Supporting your choices and helping you communicate effectively with your healthcare team. We offer: 2 prenatal visits, pregnancy newsletters, labor/delivery support, 1 postpartum visit, and up to 6 weeks postpartum infant support.

Are you interested in the education piece of doula work but don’t want a doula at your birth? Then this is perfect for you! Our birth advisor sessions, typically provide personalized support and information for expecting parents. Here’s what you can expect during these sessions: 1. Overview of Pregnancy and Birth 2. Birth Planning 3. Labor Preparation 4. Postpartum Support 5. Personalized Guidance

Family-Based Support

The early years of a child’s life are a critical period for their overall development, laying the foundation for future learning, behavior, and health. During this time, infants rely heavily on their families for nurturing, stimulation, and emotional security. Family-based support focuses on equipping parents with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to foster healthy growth and development in their child. We offer Family-based support utilizing an educational curriculum to foster your infants cognitive, emotional/social, and physical development while all along enhancing your bond with your baby. *Starts at 1 month up to 12 months of age* Granted Wishes clients receive a discounted rate*
