About me

Hey, there! I'm the owner of Birthing Love and Mindfulness. I'm a full-spectrum doula with a deep passion for supporting families through every stage of their journey—from conception to postpartum and beyond. My own experiences with childbirth, miscarriage and overcoming postpartum depression fuels my commitment to making sure no one feels alone during this sacred time. As a certified Community Health Worker and both adult and youth Mental Health First Aid responder, I operate in a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to care. I'm also a trained womb wellness and skincare practitioner, offering holistic services that help clients feel nurtured both inside and out. Whether it’s emotional support, birth preparation, postpartum care, or womb-centered healing, I'm equipped to meet each client where they are (both in person and virtually) with warmth, knowledge, and empowerment. I believe every person deserves to be cared for in mind, body, and spirit—and feel honored to walk alongside each client on their unique journey.
