I am a passionate birth doula who is dedicated to helping mothers feel heard and in control of their pregnancy and birth by finding trust, strength, and empowerment through listening to the intuition we all have as mothers. My personal experiences of having a C-section, a miscarriage, and a VBAC have all encouraged me to help educate and support other women throughout their own journeys. My goal is for mother and partner to feel supported through prenatal education and confident in trusting their combined intuition to make the best decisions for their family in this life changing moment.

Standard Support plus: Additional 6 months of private monthly heart to heart virtual calls for the support a new mother’s needs. Intentional 1 hour check ins each month for six months on mother, baby, and family. Complete access to me with response time within 24 hours of text, call, or email. All encompassing local recourse list for any specialists required. Additional Nesting Day 3 hour OR Additional 3 hour Postpartum Shift *Nesting Day preparation visit for the last minute stressors, options including: meal shopping & prep, home cleaning/organization, carseat installation or baby equipment set up, additional fear release practices, etc. Whatever is a top priority to accomplish before baby’s arrival *Postpartum Shift to support the family in whatever is needed most at that time. Help around the house, time to rest or shower, help with siblings, etc.

Together we personalize a schedule to encourage the self development naturally happening as you are stepping into this stage of motherhood. Prices start at $150 including a free consultation and 3 segments each with a 30 minute virtual heart-to-heart call.
I offer in person birth doula support as well as virtual birth doula support. This includes a consultation, two prenatal appointments, full birth support and on-call access from 38-42 weeks, one postpartum visit, and full access to me through email, phone, or text once your deposit is paid.
