I’ve worked as both a Labor & Delivery tech and a NICU tech, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for newborns from their very first moments through their earliest days. I’m especially comfortable supporting families with premature or medically fragile babies, and I love being able to share that knowledge in the home setting. Families describe me as confident, caring, and dependable—I bring both clinical experience and a nurturing touch to overnight care. My goal is to create a calm, reassuring environment so parents can rest easy knowing their little one is in trusted hands.

With three years of pediatric nursing experience, I have always had a special love for taking care of little ones. My name is Kate Stedronsky, and I am a postpartum doula working in the Twin Cities area of MN during the summer/fall months and working in the Scottsdale area of AZ during the winter/spring months. Coming from a background in Early Childhood Education with over 35 years of experience as well as raising 3 sons of my own, I have a true passion for working with and supporting infants, new parents, and the overall family unit. I believe that the first few weeks and months of having a new baby should be relaxed and enjoyable and my hope is to provide the services to help you feel that way. I will do light household chores, meal prep, cooking, shopping, infant assistance, breast feeding assistance, emotional, and physical support.
