Postpartum doula support

Gentle, affirming care for your fourth trimester. Whether you need help with newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, or just an extra set of hands, I’m here to nurture you while you nurture your baby. Support includes: • In-home care tailored to your needs • Infant soothing + sleep basics • Light household help • Feeding guidance (breast/chest, bottle, or combo) • Nonjudgmental emotional support

$35 USD · Per hour

In home Lactation support

Personalized, evidence-based feeding help — right in the comfort of your home. Whether you’re breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or figuring it all out, I’ll meet you where you are with judgment-free support and expert care. Support includes: • Full feeding assessment for parent + baby • Latch and positioning help • Pumping guidance + flange sizing • Bottle feeding support • Weighing baby before/after feeds • Follow-up care plan and resources

$150 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

In-home lactation consultations (IBCLC) – $150 per visit • Postpartum doula support – $35/hour • Full-spectrum doula care (fertility, birth, postpartum, loss) • Lifestyle and motherhood photography – starting at $200 • Newborn care and feeding education • Emotional and practical support for all family structures
