As a Lactation Consultant, Birth Doula, and CPR Instructor, I can provide complete, hands-on support that begins at the start of your pregnancy and continues into your postpartum period. I help clients prepare for breastfeeding success by offering education on newborn proper latching and positioning support, preventing engorgement, feeding troubleshooting, and encouragement that builds confidence. As a birth doula, I offer prenatal teaching in preparing for labor, and support with birth plans. Once in labor, continuous labor support—advocacy, comfort measures, labor coaching, and help helping clients communicate their preferences—so they feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the birthing experience. My role also extends to postpartum coaching, where you normalize challenges, guide recovery and infant feeding routines, and connect families to resources when needed. Additionally, as a CPR instructor, I strengthen client safety and readiness by teaching practical skills that can be lifesaving in urgent situations. I can educate parents and caregivers on infant and child CPR, choking response, and general safety practices in a way that reduces fear and increases preparedness. Together, these services give my clients a clear message: they are supported physically, emotionally, and educationally before, during, and after birth. By combining lactation expertise, compassionate birth support, and life-saving training, I help families feel equipped to care for their babies with confidence and peace of mind.
