About me

Hello expecting mommas and congratulations on your upcoming birth. I am a holistic trauma informed full spectrum doula with NICU training operating in the Phoenix, AZ area. I would like to assist you in achieving full physiological birth, C-section or VBAC. Coming from a background in healthcare as a RN I have always been fascinated with how the body works. I believe birth should be a positive experience no matter the method if we use positive affirmations and set the tone for your desired birth. I offer a judgement free zone for all expecting parents seeking services. In my free time I enjoy mountain hiking, travel, yoga, fishing and chasing one of my 12 grandchildren. My motto is "your body was made for this, believe in yourself".

Service introduction

I offer a full service support package to assist you before, during and after labor and delivery. The support consists of 2 prenatal visits (birth plan, positioning and labor support), on call for your labor and birth starting at 36 weeks and 2 daytime postpartum visits (2 hrs). Additional visits can be purchased at an additional fee of $55 hourly. Overnight doula services is a separate contract and additional fees. Helping you formulate your birth plans is included.
