Hello expecting mommas and congratulations on your upcoming birth. I am a holistic trauma informed full spectrum doula with NICU training in the Glendale, AZ area. I would like to support you in achieving a full physiological birth, C-section or VBAC. Coming from a background in healthcare as a RN I understand. I believe birth should be a positive experience. Using positive affirmations to set the tone for your desired birth outcome you can ride the waves with confidence. I offer a judgement free zone for all expecting parents seeking services. In my free time I enjoy mountain hiking, travel, yoga, fishing or chasing one of my grand children. My motto is "your body was made for this, believe in yourself".

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Deluxe Doula support

2 prenatal visits, on call for labor and birth starting at 36 weeks, 2 post partum daytime visits (2-4 hrs) and 2 overnight Doula shifts (8 hrs).

What to expect

I offer a full service support package to assist you before, during and after labor and delivery. The support consists of 2 prenatal visits (birth plan, positioning and labor support), on call for your labor and birth starting at 36 weeks and 2 daytime postpartum visits (2 hrs). Additional visits can be purchased at an additional fee of $55 hourly. Overnight doula services is a separate contract and additional fees. Helping you formulate your birth plans is included.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer overnight Nanny care.

No I do not. My overnight stays are designed to allow parents time to rest, relax and regenerate. I assist and bring baby for breast feedings, or I bottle feed, diaper changes, wash bottles, light dusting baby area and follow safe sleep guidelines for baby.

What does it mean to be a full spectrum holistic Doula?

A holistic, full-spectrum doula is a non-medical support person who cares for individuals through every part of their reproductive life. We focus on the whole person, mind, body and spirit. We provide physical, emotional and educational support during a wide range of reproductive experiences.

Will a doula deliver your baby.

NO. A doula offers non-medical support and will not catch or deliver your baby. Emergency services will be called if you are actively delivering your baby without licensed and trained medical personnel present.

Does having a doula guarantee that I will have a natural physiological birth?

No a doula will support you no matter the type of birth or birth outcome. Sometimes the safest way to get baby out is not how we planned. It does not mean you or your doula have failed. Healthy momma, healthy baby is the ultimate goal.

Does a doula advocate or speak fr laboring mommas?

No. We provide you with the education, information, options, guidance and confidence to speak up for your wishes!! We remind you of your wishes when the going gets rough.
