With four years in the postpartum field including launching and running my own care business, I bring a deep understanding of what families need during the fourth trimester. I focus on providing care that is safe, evidence-based, and emotionally attuned to both mother and baby. My most meaningful qualification is being a mother to a baby boy. That lived experience shapes the way I support families, ensuring you feel genuinely seen, understood, and cared for. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

This package includes full spectrum birth support: 3 prenatal sessions (including birth education, birth plan creation, and natural induction exercises) An on-call period (starting at 37 weeks, until birth) Full laboring at home and hospital support, until you are settled on the postpartum unit. 48-hour check in, and a 2 week follow up!

$2,500 USD · Flat rate

Overnight Care Specialist

Overnight infant care support while you rest. I will take care of feedings, diaper changing, and soothing, while you catch up on sleep.

$26 USD · Per hour
