About me

I was introduced to the birthing world after I had my first baby. I’ve had a baby in a hospital, birthing center, and at home, and I feel excited to help you learn about different birthing options and which one is best for you. I have found my true calling as a doula to help other women navigate their birthing and postpartum experience! I was born and raised in California, moved to Texas for a bit, but Colorado is now my home. I am a mother of three and a former elementary school teacher, and now a midwifery student. During my first pregnancy, I fell in love with listening to birth stories and sharing information that may be helpful to friends and family. As a trained birth doula and experienced mother, I hope I can help you and your family through this special time! Pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn sleep can be a challenge! I want to be there to help you through all of it by sharing evidence-based resources. Serving families in the city of Fort Collins, Timnath, Wellington, Loveland, Windsor, Eaton, Ault, and Johnstown.

Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. I offer emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, including comfort measures, positioning, breathing techniques, and partner support. After birth, I provide nurturing postpartum care, helping families adjust to life with a new baby through newborn care guidance, feeding support, rest and recovery, and practical assistance. My goal is to help each family feel informed, confident, supported, and cared for throughout their birth and postpartum journey.
