I’m Autumn! (they/them) I am a dedicated full spectrum doula based in Mesa, Arizona, specializing in compassionate, inclusive care for families of all shapes and sizes! With nearly a decade of experience in childcare and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I bring a unique blend of medical field experience and nurturing care to my doula services. Passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, my mission is to create safe, affirming spaces for all birthing people, with a focus on holistic, individualized care.

Two prenatal visits
Phone and text support during pregnancy
On call 38-42 weeks for your birth

Two prenatal visits

Lilac- Postpartum Support

Up to two months of age
Day or Night

$45 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I provide full spectrum doula services, meaning I’m with you starting during pregnancy all the way up to your baby’s second month earth side. I also offer just labor support or just postpartum support.

What do prenatal visits entail?

We will discuss what labor support will look like, create your birth plan, and answer any questions you may have to the best of my abilities, and when I am unable to answer I will personally look through the resources at my disposal to find an answer!
