I’m Anell Sofía, a Tucson-born, Mexico-raised medical doctor trained in Mexico, now working as a doula and maternal health educator. With a Master of Science in maternal nutrition and early-life health, I provide bilingual, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
