About me

Hello! My name is Kate Stedronsky, and I am a postpartum doula working in the Twin Cities area of MN during the summer/fall months and working in the Scottsdale area of AZ during the winter/spring months. Coming from a background in Early Childhood Education with over 35 years of experience as well as raising 3 sons of my own, I have a true passion for working with and supporting infants, new parents, and the overall family unit. I believe that the first few weeks and months of having a new baby should be relaxed and enjoyable and my hope is to provide the services to help you feel that way. I will do light household chores, meal prep, cooking, shopping, infant assistance, breast feeding assistance, emotional, and physical support. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your family.

Since 1985, I’ve worked in the early childhood field, bringing decades of experience, compassion, and understanding to the families I serve. I’m also a certified postpartum doula through the International Doula Institute. My goal is to walk alongside you in those tender early days of parenthood—offering emotional support, practical help, and encouragement as you transition into your new role.
