Yose is a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Birthrights advocate in Orange County, California. Her passion for Birth Work began in 2020 when she got pregnant with her daughter Kailani. During pregnancy she prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, but did not prepare for the postpartum period. With no family or support around made her 4th trimester a very difficult time for her and her partner. Yose completed her Birth Worker training with Bebo Mia Inc when her daughter was only 3 months old. After the training she realized that she wanted to take a more ancestral approach in birth work, and began learning about Mexican Birth and Postpartum Traditions. She Is constantly growing and learning! As your Doula Yose will walk with you through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Hello! My name is Carmen (she/her) and I am a postpartum doula with the intention of healing the world by helping heal birthers and their families during their 4th trimester. While the road through parenthood may be well traveled, it is also an incredibly unique experience. My goal is to help the transition through the 4th trimester feel less rocky and more like a gently warn path for families by listening to, loving, lifting up and linking families to their community.

I became a doula to not only heal from my traumatic birth expirence but also to help others hopefully avoid one all together. Since 2014 she has been helping families feel more informed, confident and empowered to achieve their goals as they welcome a new little soul into their lives. Nicolle is also a mother to two sweet and energetic boys, whose births opened the gateway to her passion for the perinatal period and find new ways to delight and challenge her daily!

My journey into this work began as a nanny, where I discovered how much I loved caring for little ones and supporting families. Hello! My name is Melissa Guerra, and I am a birth and postpartum doula, a certified lactation specialist, a yoga teacher, and a mother to 5 amazing humans. I center my practice around trusting our bodies and using my knowledge of physiological birth, to make labor as smooth as possible. I also view birth as one of the most sacred moments we can experience, and want to make sure each parent experiences that as well. I am a birth doula and childbirth mentor/educator located in Orange County, CA.
