I offer prental visits, live birth support and post natal support. Pain management with two simple but effective breathing tools, music, fairy lights, hands on massage, understanding, kindness, empathy, belief in your and your birth plan, presence at your live birth, post partum support including newborn care, and care for a new mother. Attentive focus on you, the mama and your vision.

Two prenatal visits, text/phone support, on call at 37 weeks, full labor and birth support, pain management/stress tools, lots of patience, and non judgmental support. And one post partum visit.

Paid medical coverage at no cost to you
All doula services are covered for those that carry medical, Keiser and Goldcoast for Ventura County, Cencal for Santa Barbara County. I will bill your insurance for you.
