About Gabriela

I’m Gabriela, a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with training through Doula Network Training and Summer Sleep Secrets. I’m CPR certified and trilingual (English, Portuguese & Spanish). I have over 6 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, and in recent years I’ve focused my work on newborn and postpartum care — because I believe parents, especially mothers, deserve dedicated recovery time, support, and practical help to truly enjoy this unique beggining of a new life. I’m based in Southern California, mainly serving families in Orange County, but I also provide services in Los Angeles and San Diego.

Newborn Care Specialist services

I offer nurturing Postpartum Doula Care to support your recovery and emotional well-being after childbirth, with gentle guidance, newborn care, light household tasks, and a warm presence, so you feel less overwhelmed and more confident. As a Newborn Care Specialist, I also provide focused care for your baby, including feeding, sleep routines, soothing techniques, and overnight support, so you can rest and your baby can thrive. Whether you need a few hours of help or longer-term care, I’m here to walk beside you with knowledge, kindness, and calm.
