About Yose

Yose is a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, and Birthrights advocate in Orange County, California. Her passion for Birth Work began in 2020 when she got pregnant with her daughter Kailani. During pregnancy she prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually for labor, but did not prepare for the postpartum period. With no family or support around made her 4th trimester a very difficult time for her and her partner. Yose completed her Birth Worker training with Bebo Mia Inc when her daughter was only 3 months old. After the training she realized that she wanted to take a more ancestral approach in birth work, and began learning about Mexican Birth and Postpartum Traditions. She Is constantly growing and learning! As your Doula Yose will walk with you through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

VIRTUAL LABOR SUPPORT 2 Virtual prenatal meetings, Virtually assist during labor (5 hours max ) 1 Virtual postpartum meeting. HYBRID SUPPORT 3 in person prenatal visits + Birthrights, virtually assist during labor (5 hours max ) , 3 in person postpartum visits + healing herbs. BIRTH SUPPORT 2 prenatal visits, labor support, 1 postpartum visits. POSTPARTUM SUPPORT 6 week support,2 days a week, 5 hours a day. HOURLY POSTPARTUM SUPPORT Can add additional support for $35 -45 an hour
