Hello, and Welcome! I’m Valerie Lynn, a certified postpartum doula and certified in holistic postpartum recovery practices specializing in providing comprehensive night and day support to families as they transition into parenthood. With over 20 years of experience in Southeast Asia, I bring the wisdom of Eastern postpartum recovery practices directly to your home. Night Support I provide specialized night support focused on nurturing baby care and sleep conditioning. My goal is to empower parents to recognize when their baby is ready to self-soothe, fostering independent sleep habits that help your baby achieve 8 to 10 hours of restful sleep by three months. For mothers, I offer calming lactation support to ensure that night feeds are smooth and restful, promoting a more peaceful night's sleep for everyone. Day Support My day support combines expert baby care, lactation assistance, and holistic recovery services for mothers. These services are tailored to support both vaginal and cesarean births, helping to accelerate recovery. • For Vaginal and Cesarean Births: My holistic postpartum services include soothing body massage to reduce fluid retention in the abdomen, reset the nervous system, balance postpartum hormones, and improve breast milk production. I also offer specialized abdominal wrapping and nutritious meal preparation. • You can wrap after Cesarean Births: I use a unique abdominal wrap that protects your incision while encouraging fluid release and comfort. My clients love the gentle support it provides. Combination of Night and Day Support For the ultimate in care, you can combine night and day support. This approach ensures you get the rest you need while accelerating your recovery by up to 40% faster than typical U.S. standards. Prenatal Services Our holistic care can begin during pregnancy to alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, joint aches, and swelling caused by fluid retention. Through targeted treatments, we help you feel more comfortable and supported throughout your pregnancy journey. Postpartum Emotions I understand firsthand how overwhelming postpartum emotions can be. After the birth of my son 17 years ago, I faced postpartum anxiety and OCD. Through a combination of holistic recovery services and in-home support services, I found my way back to balance. For over 15 years, I've been the International Coordinator for Southeast Asia with Postpartum Support International, and I am deeply committed to helping others through their own postpartum journeys with empathy, understanding, and care. You don’t have to face this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way. My Approach and Background With two decades in Southeast Asia, I am extensively trained in Eastern postpartum recovery treatments. Together, we’ll create a personalized postpartum plan that aligns with your expectations and needs. My holistic body care services include feminine-focused treatments, such as massage, womb repositioning, abdominal wrapping, feminine wash and herbal baths. I also offer unique products from Southeast Asia that are exclusively available to my clients. Mother’s Recovery from Pregnancy and Birth Your healing journey is unique, and while you may not need every holistic service or product I offer, they are always available to you as your recovery unfolds. Think of them as essential tools in your toolbox — ready to support you whenever you need them. Additional Services • Breastfeeding support, baby massage, babywearing, and sleep conditioning. • Virtual recovery coaching, complete with herbal product care sets, usage charts, and instructional videos. • I am the author of two postpartum recovery books, including a cookbook. I provide meal preparation services to support your nutritional needs. Simply put My clients recover stronger, healthier, and more balanced, often in significantly less time than is typical in the U.S. Let’s Connect! Valerie is so kind and thoughtful. I really appreciated my time with Valerie and her services were great! Being 6 weeks postpartum and taking care of a newborn, she was great at working around my schedule. Having Valerie was a way to not only focus on my postpartum recovery but also mentally recovery as well. Her wraps really helped me shed some water weight and made my stomach feel so much better after my c-section. Valerie is amazing at what she does and you will not be disappointed.

I love writing reviews, but only for people who truly deserve it — and Suzi Schwartz absolutely does! We hired Suzi to help with potty training our daughter, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. Suzi is incredibly knowledgeable, with years of experience, and the moment she explained what was going on and shared her tips, everything finally made sense. I had tried potty training twice on my own before and felt like I failed each time. The third time, I wanted to make sure I didn’t fail again — so I hired Suzi, and it was the best decision. After just one month, my daughter was fully potty trained. She started at 2 years 3 months old and was completely trained by 2 years 4 months. Suzi made the whole process smooth, supported us the entire time, and truly set us up for success. Thank you so much, Suzi. It was wonderful working with you, and I’m so grateful for the amazing outcome!

Words cannot not express how thankful I am for Mrs Nicole's help after I had my son! She came to my house 4 times weekly and covered the night shift for me and my husband up until our son was 15 months old. the relief we had with knowing that our first child was being cared for AND we got to get rest to go to work and take care of our son during the day was and is truly priceless! Mrs Nicole helped with diaper changes, feedings and even ran a few loads of the babies clothes while we were sleeping. When our son turned 14 months, he was sleeping through the night so no longer needed her but truly are still grateful we reached out and got the help we needed and wanted. She was open to what we wanted as parents and even offered suggestions that helped us transition into a new world of parenthood. Thank you Mrs Nicole!

Lisa was exactly what our family needed as we stepped into life with two young kids. She brought a calm, steady presence and handled many everyday details so we could focus on our new baby and my wife's recovery. She often started her shifts with a grocery run, cooked nourishing, healthy meals, and shared practical knowledge that made us feel more confident each day. She built a wonderful bond with both the baby and our toddler. She regularly baked muffins with our older one, and they were a total hit at breakfast every morning. For my wife, connecting with another mom of a young child was invaluable. Lisa understands the information overload and constant comparison modern moms face, and she was a steady source of reassurance and comfort. Lisa is a great listener who adapted to our needs and the way we wanted to do things, while also offering thoughtful suggestions along the way. We're so grateful for her support and would recommend her to any family welcoming a new baby.

Nicole was the greatest support! I connected with her last minute and only met her twice before my birth but she made me feel so comfortable and helped get me to labor down. She’s very hands on and I will definitely reach out for the rest of my births😊
