CERTIFIED NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST ~ 👶 I'd love to support you! I provide overnight newborn care support so you can rest. Bringing home a baby can be amazing, but also exhausting. Sleep deprivation is real and lack of sleep can lead to postpartum depression. Typical duration of support: 4 to 5 nights a week, 10/12 hours a night, for 12-16 weeks. By the end of my stay, you can expect to have your baby sleeping through the night and on a predictable daily schedule. NEW PARENT COACH~ ❤️ I wish I knew then what I know now! I'm a seasoned mom of two grown boys and have gained a wealth of knowledge both personally and professional through hands-on experience, and ongoing education. Parenting isn't a cake walk! Without adequate sleep, children cannot function at their best, nor can the parents. Every child’s sleep needs can differ. What works for one child and their family might not work for another, which is why my sleep training approach is catered to your family's goals and curated to your child's specific needs and abilities. NEWBORN CARE 101🪄

Parenting is hard, but it doesn't have to be! I'm a certified Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Postpaurtum Doula, and seasoned mom to 2 grown boys. I have 25+ yrs experience supporting families like yours. I can help you navigate uncharted territory! In the privacy of your home, I guide you while demonstrating the "HOW TO". I demonstrate how to sooth, put your baby down for a nap, properly feed, schedule, bath, swaddle, read cues, and anything and everything else you might have questions about. 3 hours per session:

Overnight Newborn Care

Overnight Care: Typical shifts range from 10-12 hours in length, 4-5 nights a week. My support includes: All inclusive care which in part includes, Change diapers, Feed and burp baby, Bring baby to you if you'd like to nurse at night, soothe baby back to sleep, Sleep condition per parental preference, Keep a log of eating/sleeping/diapers, Wash/sanitize baby bottles and pump parts.

Potty Training

1 on 1 consutation: During our one hour Telephone consultation, I will closely guide you through the potty training process, step by step! In-person potty-training support also available.

My expertise is in customizing a potty training plan that's specific to your child's individual needs, personal abilities and characteristics. If you're not local to Orange County, Ca that's okay! I'm passport ready and travel both domestic and internationally. I'm also available to assist you via phone support. Whether you're unsure how to begin, you've run into roadblocks, frustrated or simply nervous about potty training, I'm here to support you and your child through this major milestone development of them achieving autonomy.
