It’s also important to have someone to advocate for me at the hospitals on natural practices I would like to align with (delayed cord clamping, etc.)

Hi, this is my second pregnancy. However, I had a twin vaginal birth in 2014, so it’s been so long that it feels like my first! This time around, I’m aiming for as unmedicated as possible and I’m looking for a support person during birth, as well as postpartum for assistance with lactation and sleep. My husband is a firefighter so he won’t be around much postpartum, so I would like as much support as possible this time.
