I plan to give birth at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach. I have United Healthcare insurance and would like to have the lowest budget possible. I want an epidural due to not good with pain. I want a vaginal birth only. I would like my doula to be experienced at least 5 years. I would like my doula to help me with sleep training, lactation, nutrition, etc.

This is my final baby, number 6, & I have always wanted to have a Doula but never actually did it. Im looking for support at delivery and postpartum. I plan to have an unmedicated birth and want to try hypno birthing method or any type of breathing techniques that will help with labor. I want to experience a peaceful and centered birth as much as possible. My last 2 deliveries have been unmedicated and quick. I want to be much more prepared this time around and I am planning on choosing to go unmedicated as last time he came so unexpectedly I choose to get the epidural immediately without much time to think about it nor did I have a plan going into that birth.

We’re a married couple expecting our first child and are looking for a supportive, experienced doula for one-hour prenatal and postpartum sessions covered by our Anthem PPO plan. We are in our mid-to-late thirties with a small senior dog. Mom is a high-risk pregnancy with higher anxiety, so we’re looking for someone calm, reassuring, and experienced in supporting first-time parents. Our primary goal is to build confidence through hands-on guidance and education rather than just caregiving. We would love support with newborn care basics including feeding (breastfeeding, pumping, and paced bottle feeding), diapering, burping, soothing techniques, swaddling, gas relief, and sleep support. We’re especially looking for someone who can actively teach and guide us during sessions so we can learn and feel confident caring for our baby. We would also appreciate guidance on what is normal for newborn behavior vs. when to be concerned. Hands-on help with bathing (especially the first few times) would be very helpful. For postpartum recovery, occasional guidance such as sitz baths, padsicles, and belly binding would be appreciated. Light baby-related tasks (cleaning bottles/pump parts, baby laundry) are a plus if time allows. We’re ultimately looking for a calm, supportive presence who can help ease anxiety and provide reassurance as we transition into parenthood. Overnight stays, up to 9 visits

Hello, my baby is 6 months old and I need help with cooking and light house chores, such as folding clothes and doing dishes.

I am looking for help during the nighttime hours 10pm-6am. Other duties might include folding laundry and washing bottles. Baby gets formula during the night. I would like someone with 3-4 years of experience but open to someone with 1-2, if it’s the right fit. Estimated budget would be $25-$30hr.
