About me

Hey, there mama! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kristin, a Wisconsin native, wife, friend, and doula! In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family. I have been "doulaing" since I can remember in the sense that I have always been passionate about serving, comforting, and supporting new moms and their sweet babies! I have been professionally trained by DONA International and CAPPA to provide continuous and unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after your birth. I am a firm believer that every birth is a sacred time that displays the amazing strength of the human body and that every woman deserves to be heard, informed, and empowered during this wonderful time.

As a labor and postpartum doula, I am passionate about coming alongside families during this sacred time of bringing your baby earthside by providing evidence based, nonjudgmental, physical, emotional and informational support. Postpartum Support

•Answering any questions you may have about this new crazy and amazing shift •Preparing nutritious snacks •Light Housekeeping •Assistance with errands •Nursery Organization •Lactation Support and Feeding times •Providing you with a break to nap, shower, spend time with other family members, whatever you need! •Help with swaddling, baby wearing, or bathing baby •Access to doula lending library •Being present with you and your family and providing what you need in this vulnerable time to the best of my ability •Personalized care based on your family's specific needs

What kind of births do you support?

The kind that you envision! I am trained and prepared to support you in a home birth, birthing center, non-medicated hospital birth, medicated hospital birth, cesarean birth, etc. My goal as a doula is to give you the resources to discover your desired birth and make informed choices for you and your family.
