Hi moms and dads! I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve you as you embark on the most beautiful journey in life- parenthood. My name is Carolina and I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts with Colombian roots. I have lived in Orlando since the summer of 2000 and received my BA in International Relations, before deciding that the work that sets my soul on fire is helping mamas and kiddos live mindful, meaningful lives where they trust their intuition and learn to love themselves unconditionally. My goal as a doula is to help moms realize that they have the inner strength to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods of their dreams. With my certification as a yoga teacher, I apply much of what I learned in my training within my birth support services.

Virtual Doula Services

Let me be your pocket doula! I will be available by text and phone call to answer any and all of your questions or concerns in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We will have 3 scheduled prenatal zoom calls to chat about your progress, anxieties, fears and prepare for birth. I will be available around the clock during your birth window (week 38-42) for meditation, birth support, motivation, holding space and birth partner guidance.

The Intuitive Birth Course

This is not your typical childbirth education course. We are here to help you connect deeply with your intuition and unlearn the conditioning that disconnects you from your mind, body, and spirit. This course integrates healing components such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork. with a focus on creating space, stepping into your power, and preparing for birth in a raw and vulnerable way.

What to expect

Offering full-spectrum doula, childbirth education courses and virtual doula services. My services focus on the power of the mind and how to achieve the birth of your dreams. We work on overcoming trauma, mindset, mindfulness and goal-setting all while preparing for the welcoming of your baby. You will learn practical methods and strategies to apply in pregnancy to prepare you for an empowered birth. You will gain insight into how to advocate for yourself in childbirth and what to expect before, during and after the arrival of your baby. I will be your biggest supporter throughout our time together and beyond!

If you’re looking for someone that can help you navigate your new reality as a first time mom than this is it Carolina is priceless & worth every cent that you can spend on her as a doula/ parenting educator Her experience and intuition speaks louder than any knowledgeable doctor I’ve been too she’s helped me help my baby better than anyone could. I’ve known Carolina for 7 years & since she announced that she was offering doula services I just knew I had to come to her when I was ready to become a mom and that happened sooner than expected and it was the first thing I did when I found out and I’m so glad I did because she became my rock during my pregnancy especially being a first time mom and not knowing how to do things and what to expect she easily empowers you to believe in yourself and allow your intuition to quickly kick in from pregnancy to birth to postpartum She encourages you and helps you so much that it made me feel like doctors were useless compared to her!!! She’s calmed every doubt and as soon as you bring a problem to her she’s quick with a solution there’s soo much more but it’s something that you will have to experience yourself to truly see how great she is Seriously she’s so great you will not regret it it’s the best thing you can invest in as you join your new journey as a mom and your future to be the best mommy you can be!!

Carolina is an incredible doula, who truly excelled in holding space and listening throughout the entire journey. Her extensive knowledge, combined with a background in yoga, lends so much to the pregnancy and birth process. I wish I had one to Carolina sooner. She was my Virtual Doula for my 4th baby, and she was a vital part of helping my son get to earth-side safely.
