About me

Hi moms and dads! I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve you as you embark on the most beautiful journey in life- parenthood. My name is Carolina (pronounced CaroLEEna) and I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts with Colombian roots. I have lived in Orlando since the summer of 2000 and received my BA in International Relations, before deciding that the work that sets my soul on fire is helping mamas and kiddos live mindful, meaningful lives where they trust their intuition and learn to love themselves unconditionally. My goal as a doula is to help moms realize that they have the inner strength to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods of their dreams. With my certification as a yoga teacher, I apply much of what I learned in my training within my birth support services.

Service introduction

Offering in-person childbirth education courses and doula services. My services focus on the power of the mind and how to achieve the birth of your dreams. We work on overcoming trauma, mindset, mindfulness and goal-setting all while preparing for the welcoming of your baby. You will learn practical methods and strategies to apply in pregnancy to prepare you for an empowered birth. You will gain insight into how to advocate for yourself in childbirth and what to expect before, during and after the arrival of your baby. I will be your biggest supporter throughout our time together and beyond.

The Intuitive Birth Childbirth Education Course

One weekend (2 days, 6 hours per day), in-person course in Orlando, Florida focusing on the power of your intuition and preparing you for the birth of your child. You will gain the knowledge to go into your birth empowered, dispel fear and grow birth confidence and feel prepared at every stage of your birth experience. Prenatal yoga and meditation included.

Virtual Doula Services

Let me be your pocket doula! I will be available by text and phone call to answer any and all of your questions or concerns in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We will have scheduled prenatal zoom calls to chat about your progress, anxieties, fears and prepare for birth. I will be available around the clock during your birth window (week 37-42) for meditation, birth support, motivation, holding space and birth partner guidance. *Price reflected is monthly price. Minimum 6-month contract required or personalized package creation.

Carolina is an incredible doula, who truly excelled in holding space and listening throughout the entire journey. Her extensive knowledge, combined with a background in yoga, lends so much to the pregnancy and birth process. I wish I had one to Carolina sooner. She was my Virtual Doula for my 4th baby, and she was a vital part of helping my son get to earth-side safely. She was consistently helpful, thoughtful, and calming during our interactions, and helped to soothe my anxious thoughts during my prenatal scans, non-stress tests, and birthing experience.
