Hello! My name is Georgia and I am a trained postpartum doula servicing the Los Angeles region. I have been in the child development field for over 10 years, working as a Certified Child Life Specialist in children’s hospitals and in foster care agencies around the country. I specialize in working with families in high-stress situations, working with them to develop coping techniques and utilizing wellness strategies to promote a sense of peace in the home. As a postpartum doula, I assist in those delicate few weeks as baby is being integrated into the family: feeding support, sleep support, infant care support, and sibling support all included. Education is empowerment and I will always work to provide you with all of the resources at my disposal to ensure that you and your entire family feel equipped to make the decisions that feel right for your unique unit. As a specialist in child development, I also provide insight and education on how best to support the optimal cognitive, physical and emotional development of not only the newest member of the family but also older siblings who may have a hard time adjusting to a new baby in the home. I look forward to collaborating with you and providing you with the nurturing care you need to thrive in your postpartum months.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Georgia as our day doula during a challenging time. We hired her last minute after I had to stay in the hospital longer than expected due to postpartum complications, and she was a lifesaver from the start. She stepped in to support my husband at home with our newborn and continued to help us once I returned home, providing invaluable care for both our baby and my recovery. Georgia went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Her calming and kind presence was a godsend during what was a traumatic and overwhelming period. From picking up our favorite fruit and bringing coffee to helping with my first outing alone with the baby and managing my medications, she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Her support extended beyond the practical—she helped us find our footing as new parents and brought us together as a family unit. Not only was she wonderful with our son, but she also provided the emotional and physical care we so desperately needed. We felt truly supported and cared for in every moment. Anyone who hires Georgia will be making one of the best decisions ever. She is a remarkable doula and an even more incredible human being. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Hi, I'm Jaime! As a postpartum doula, PCD(DONA), I support new families with educational, emotional, and physical support. Within the unique needs of each family, I aim to establish an environment that promotes bonding, healing, and rest, while also educating on infant feeding, newborn care, family integration, baby milestones, and sleep. I also assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I have completed the following DONA International-approved training: Bini Birth DONA Approved Birth Doula Training (I'm now working solely as a postpartum doula), Sierra Childbirth Institute’s DONA International Postpartum Doula Training, Breastfeeding Basics for Doulas through Bini Birth, and Bini Birth's Childbirth Education Class. I am also excited about my journey towards becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and have completed both the LES (Lactation Education Specialist) course, and Lactation Consultant Education course, through Breastfeed LA. I am excited to use the knowledge I gained to provide extra support for the breast/chestfeeding relationships of new families. As a mother of two, this work is deeply important to me. I enjoy supporting families as they find their voices as new parents. I have a past enriched with supporting births as a birth doula, and bring firsthand experience to the full spectrum of birth preparedness, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I view my role as a doula as one that protects and holds sacred the journey of each family, knowing it will become a cherished memory for my clients.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. While my clinical experience is quite broad, I especially enjoy helping individuals navigate life changes, including pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. As a Filipina American raised in an immigrant family, I am keenly aware of how cultural identity can shape one’s experiences and beliefs. As a parent of young children myself, I can fully appreciate the challenges that come with raising a family, integrating two cultures and developing a parenting approach that reflects those bicultural values. In therapy, I use a strength-based approach, drawing tools from different types of therapy. My goal is to empower my clients and help them learn coping strategies, find both solutions and acceptance and develop self compassion and resilience.

Hi! I'm Shaina Brickner from West Los Angeles :) I am an IBCLC and RN, with 7 years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. I transitioned to working as a lactation consultant when I realized that my true passion is educating new parents on all the options they have when it comes to breastfeeding their babies. I have 3 children whom I breastfed each for over a year, and each breastfeeding journey was so unique. I love to help new parents navigate the crazy new world of parenthood through birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care classes and postpartum lactation visits. I offer home visits (if you're local to Los Angeles) as well as virtual and sometimes office visits. My favorite topics of discussion are pumping schedules when going back to work, tethered oral tissues (tongue tie/lip tie), combining sleep hygiene and breastfeeding. and managing supply issues.

Shaina was generous with her time. She was very pleasant to chat with and calm. I liked how she didn’t feel worried or anxious about things and it made me feel safe and trust her. As a mom in the midst of this, you can really be stuck in a spinning world trying to figure out solutions. The email she sent me afterwards was perfectly simple and detailed with a beautiful attachment with helpful tips and info on the plan we discussed and extra tips as well. Thank you so much!

Hi! I am a lactation consultant and Doula (birth and Postpartum). I started my career as a medical assistant in an Intergrative/Holistic Pediatric clinic. I loved working with families and after experiencing breastfeeding issues with my first baby I decided to pursue a career in lactation. I have worked in pediatrics, hospital and home visits supporting families pursue their feeding goals. My next step in my career was fulfilling my dream of becoming a doula and supporting families prenatally and through postpartum. I feel truly blessed doing the best job in the world. I can't wait to connect with you and be a part of your journey <3

Hi! My name is Darien and I’m a Registered Nurse with specialized experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. For 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for newborns in some of their most delicate and important moments. That background has given me deep knowledge in newborn safety, feeding, sleep support, and recognizing the little details that matter most in those first months. Beyond my professional training, I’m also a mom myself. I understand firsthand the exhaustion, the joy, and the constant learning curve that comes with bringing a new baby home. My goal is to bring both medical expertise and a mother’s intuition to the families I support—whether it’s overnight care so you can rest, guidance with feeding and soothing, or simply being a calm, reliable presence in your home. Every family is unique, and I pride myself on meeting you where you are—supporting your routines, respecting your preferences, and making sure you feel confident and cared for. I look forward to helping you create a peaceful, well-rested start for your little one and your family.
